UK shipping is charged at £5.99. For orders over £50 shipping charged at £2.99. For orders over £75 shipping is free.

Hairlogyx orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after being dispatched. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
How many products come in my subscription box?
You will need to order a minimum of three products in any Hairlogyx box, however there is no maximum order quantity.
Can I adjust my subscription preferences?

Can I pause or cancel my Hairlogyx subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time without any hassle. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make sure that managing your subscription is as convenient as possible for you, however, cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees already billed.
Can I return my products?
Yes, We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, exclusively for faulty or damaged items. To be eligible for a return you must provide a photo of the items and the reason for the return via email hello@hairlogyx.com, and your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Can I exchange my products?
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer support team at hello@hairlogyx.com to arrange for an exchange.
How do I return my products?
To initiate a return, you must provide a photo of the items and the reason for the return via email to our customer support team at hello@hairlogyx.com along with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if your return is eligible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Do I have to pay to ship my returns?
